An interesting piece of the LPS budget
Here are a few choice pieces of our budget. You can see that the cost of the energy management program exceeds 100k, before any of their fees are paid. Were is the savings?

When it comes time to vote on Treasurer of LPS, please vote NO on Lisa Abbey. Why not put a responsible board member in that position? Or at the very least an independent, non-partisan financial person, perhaps a local CPA firm.
